4. Customized Products

Customized football jerseys are made according to the information provided by the customer. Please carefully check all names, numbers, sizes, patches, and personalization details before placing your order.

Once a customized item enters production, it cannot usually be changed, canceled, returned, or refunded unless there is a confirmed production defect or an error caused by World Cup Jersey Store.

5. Size Issues

Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order. Jersey sizing may vary by style, design, or production batch. We recommend comparing the size chart with a shirt or jersey that fits you well.

If you ordered the wrong size, please contact us. Eligible size exchanges may be accepted depending on item condition, availability, and return eligibility.

7. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please email our support team first. Do not send your item back without approval.

• Explain the reason for return.

8. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our error, such as sending the wrong item or a confirmed defective product.

Original shipping fees, express shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and payment processing fees are generally non-refundable, unless required by applicable law or caused by an error from World Cup Jersey Store.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot usually be canceled. Once a customized product has entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If a package is refused, not collected, returned to sender, or fails delivery due to an incorrect address, unpaid customs fees, or customer-related reasons, the customer may be responsible for shipping fees, return costs, reshipment costs, or other related charges.

14. International Orders

Customs duties, import taxes, or bank-related international transaction fees are generally non-refundable by our store.
