1. What Is a Customized Jersey?

A customized jersey is any item that includes personalized or selected details requested by the customer. This may include custom names, numbers, patches, badges, sleeve details, player-style options, or other personalization.

Customization options may vary by product, style, team design, size, and availability.

2. Please Check All Details Before Ordering

Customers are responsible for checking all customization details before placing an order. Please carefully review:

  • Custom name spelling
  • Custom number
  • Jersey size
  • Team style or product style
  • Patch, badge, or sleeve option if selected
  • Shipping address and contact information

We will produce the customized item according to the information submitted with your order.

3. Customization Processing Time

Customized jerseys require additional preparation time because personalized details must be produced and applied carefully.

Customized items usually require 5–7 business days for personalized production before shipment. During the busy 2026 World Cup season, high-demand items may require additional time.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

4. Changes After Ordering

If you need to change your customization details after placing an order, please contact us immediately at service@soccersportpro.com.

We will do our best to help if your order has not entered production. However, once customization has started, we may not be able to change the name, number, patch, size, style, or other details.

5. Cancellation Policy for Customized Items

Customized orders can usually only be canceled before production begins. Once a customized item enters production, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If your customized order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

6. Returns and Refunds for Customized Items

Because customized jerseys are made specifically for each customer, they are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless there is a confirmed product defect or an error caused by World Cup Jersey Store.

The following situations are usually not eligible for return or refund:

  • You entered the wrong name or number.
  • You selected the wrong size.
  • You changed your mind after production started.
  • You no longer need the jersey after it has shipped.
  • The item was customized correctly according to your submitted order details.

7. Our Error or Product Defect

If you receive a customized jersey with a confirmed production error caused by us, or if the product has a clear defect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the jersey, customization area, size label, and packaging

After reviewing the information, we may offer a replacement, refund review, or another suitable solution according to the situation.

8. Name and Number Appearance

The appearance of customized names, numbers, patches, or badges may vary slightly depending on jersey style, production batch, material, size, and available customization options.

Slight differences in spacing, positioning, color tone, or proportion may occur and are not usually considered defects if the item is produced according to the order details.

9. Character Limits and Special Characters

Some custom name fields may have character limits. Special characters, symbols, accents, emojis, or unsupported text may not be available for all products.

If your submitted customization contains unsupported characters, we may contact you for confirmation or adjust the text where necessary before production.

10. Size Reminder for Customized Jerseys

Please check the size chart carefully before ordering a customized jersey. Jersey sizing may vary by style, design, or production batch.

Since customized items are made to order, choosing the wrong size is generally not considered a product defect. If you prefer a looser fit, consider choosing one size up.

11. Shipping for Customized Orders

Customized jerseys will be shipped after the personalization process is completed. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Tracking information may take 2–3 business days to update after shipment, especially during international transit or the busy 2026 World Cup season.
